The systematic transcriptomic approaches to discover and elucidate the intrinsic microbial metabolisms for HBCD degradation in R. palustris. The results of this study provide a novel perspective on the degradation of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) such as HBCD using a bio-omics approach.
